・Avoid using this product at extremely high (such as sauna) or low (such as skiing sites) temperatures to prevent burning or frostbite.

・This product may discolor, deform or damage (such as scratches or metal fatigue) as it is made of sensitive materials. Kindly note that we cannot accept return or exchange because of the nature of the product. We ask you to handle it with care.

Keep away from the ultraviolet rays to prevent color change or degradation. Special care is needed when you begin using leather because scratches or stains are particularly conspicuous when it is new. ・Dyed fabric products should not be washed with other clothing or left wet to prevent color fading or transfer. Their color may also change or degrade when they are bleached or exposed to sunlight for a long time. Avoid ironing printed sections. ・Please be forewarned that sweat, watering, etc., may cause discoloration or dirt.

・Use soft cloth for cleaning.

・After-sales service (repair/maintenance) will be charged. After-sales service does not extend to the products which have been subjected to maintained or repaired or altered by anyone other than authorized distributors. Extremely deformed products may not be accepted. If you have lost the product’s parts, the costs of the replacement parts would be borne by you. Not all products may be accepted, depending on the condition of the products. Please be forewarned.

・Pressing the product with strong forces may cause the breaks as it is made of sensitive materials. We ask you to handle it with care.

 ・This product uses the special spring on the opening and closing part and there may be stiff to open and close when first use but this does not affect product quality.Handle it carefully as forcing to twist it or giving it the strong forces may damage or break.
